The Center for Urban Planning and Architecture Studies and Research has organized the architectural design competition for the Hassanusif commercial-office complex located on Hassanusif Street in Tehran.
The competition was inviting in terms of the type and range of participants. The purpose of this competition is to select the best design for maximum compatibility with the context of the competition site, as well as a different and flexible plan for the commercial-administrative complex in the region because this project is located in an area with new and mixed-use offices.
The plan of Negin Shahr Ayandeh Company (Nesha) has been able to meet employers acceptation. This schema has been selected as the preferred design.

مرکز مطالعات و متحقیقات شهرسازی و معماری ایران برگزارکننده مسابقه طراحی معماری مجموعه تجاری-اداری حسن‌سیف واقع در خیابان حسن‌سیف تهران بوده است. مسابقه از لحاظ نوع و دامنه شرکت‌کنندگان دعوتی بوده است. هدف از این مسابقه انتخاب طرح برتر به جهت بیشترین سازگاری با زمینه سایت مسابقه و همچنین طرحی متفاوت و منعطف برای مجتمع تجاری-اداری در سطح منطقه بوده زیرا این پروژه در محدوده‌ای با کاربری‌های متفاوت و نوساز اداری، تجاری، مذهبی و آموزشی قرار دارد. طرح شرکت نگین شهر آینده (نشا) باتوجه به درنظرگرفتن این مهم، توانسته است به نیازهای کارفرما نیز پاسخ بدهد و به عنوان طرح برگزیده انتخاب شود.
