Besides the usual challenges every residential complex design face, the specific site of the project, located on the northern sea coast, has a high necessity. The project faces more challenges due to the increased preference for using seaside views and benefiting from the desirable breeze and the need to provide maximum residential units. Therefore, the proper order of teams to not block the idea and not decrease the number of units is sought.
